Cancellation Policies for Regular Bookings:
• If a traveler cancels at least 72 hours before 23:59 CET on the day of check-in, no penalty will be charged.
• If a traveler cancels less than 72 hours before 23:59 CET on the day of check-in, they will be charged for 1 night plus tax.
• In the case of a No Show (the traveler doesn’t arrive by the latest check-in time specified in the confirmation), the entire stay plus taxes will be charged.

Cancellation Policies for Non-Refundable (Non-Ref) Bookings:
• Travelers who cancel at any time, including cases of No Show, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• Exceptions to this rule are limited to cases of Natural Disaster or National Emergency declared by the Italian Council of Ministers. In such cases:
• The traveler will be offered either a voucher or a free change of dates.
• The voucher will be transferable (unless the property is informed otherwise) and valid for 365 days. If unused, the validity period may be extended, or the amount can be refunded.
